Where to begin planning?
If you're currently planning a funeral, our deepest condolences to you and your loved ones. It's never an easy responsibility, regardless of the person's age or who they were to you.
The initial planning session and ongoing service coordination is handled by our Senior Pastor, who will help plan and complete all details of the service.
Most funeral/memorial services are approximately 60 minutes (or less). Graveside services in addition to funeral/memorial services are between 15-30 minutes.
For services held at the Church
Helotes Hills UMCs media staff will run all the technological components of the service (i.e., recorded music, slides, microphones.)
We will assist in the design and printing of bulletins for the service.
We provide tables, tablecloths and chairs for the service and reception.
